We are living it. Things change on a dime. Question is, does everyone know what to do? Are the contingencies clear and actionable? In a crisis, will your workforce act or stall? MCTAC Training partners, NYAPRS, The Coalition, and ASAP NYS are pleased to announce the presentation of a four-part webinar series, “The Power of Policies and Procedures.”
Designed for child and adult-serving behavioral health providers, this series will cover a variety of topics such as: the alignment of policy and principles of recovery, the process of policy and procedure development, and the methods for refreshing and sustaining policies and procedures in a rapidly changing and often unpredictable healthcare environment. Viewers will also learn useful tips and best practices when developing and disseminating recovery and resiliency-oriented policies and procedures.
