Integration of Fiscal and Program Operations: Building a Sustainable Organization in a Changing Environment
This series consists of two workshops that focus on finance department operations and the interrelationship between an agency’s fiscal infrastructure and program operations. This included the development of a business plan, accounting policies and procedures, executive leadership, and key operational and programmatic functions. These workshops build on the previous MCTAC Fiscal Operations webinars offered by this team. There is a combination of didactic learning and breakout sessions focused on the materials presented. Participants also developed strategies for effectively integrating the learning components into agency operations.
