Andy Kwan

Andy Kwan is the Senior Director of Finance, overseeing the financial operations of the McSilver Institute. Kwan oversees financial operations including budgeting, fiscal controls, financial analysis, and financial reporting. In conjunction with the Executive Team, he develops long-term financial strategic goals and planning.

Before joining McSilver Institute, Kwan worked for the NYU Sponsored Program Administration for over three years, where he managed grant portfolios for federal and private sponsors.

He received his bachelor’s in business administration from the University at Buffalo and executive MPA from the New York University Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
