Caitlin Cronin
Caitlin Cronin is the Assistant Director of Systems Operation and Design and plays an integral part of the TAC teams at McSilver. She oversees the day to day operations, ongoing maintenance, CQI, and implementation of new projects for MCTAC, CTAC, and other TAC infrastructure. This involves real-time problem solving, translating between stakeholders and developers, project managing new functionality, and training coordinators.
Caitlin received her BA in psychology from Vassar College, graduating with departmental and general honors. While at school she engaged in research looking at the intersection of social psychology and media specifically in regards to gender, emotional regulation, and the role and effects of “edutainment.” Caitlin is currently completing her MBA at NYU Stern where she is specializing in Data Analytics, taking classes in Data Science, AI modeling, Data-based Decision Making, etc, and Technology Management.
