Family-Centered Care is an approach that extends beyond being “nice” to families.  It is about aligning relationships and service delivery in a manner that gets results! This session will include a brief overview of Family-Centered Care.  Participants will hear about three elements that can throw progress off-track, and experience an immersion exercise that will lead to a deeper understanding of the WHY of this essential healthcare competency.
