Developing a Performance Driven Organization – Part I
This two part series of workshops will provide expertise, case examples, and templates/tools that are useful in understanding the why and how of using data to drive performance. These tools can assist providers in preparing their organizations for VBP, using limited resources wisely, encourages informed decision making and prepares providers for greater accountability. The first in this two part series will focus on the importance of data, how to choose data points to collect and how to start. How can I improve my organization through the use of data? How do I define the value and impact of services? What are best practices for cross-system collaboration and data sharing?
Developing a Performance Driven Organization – Part II
The second in this two-part series of workshops will follow up on the first. Participation in Workshop 201 workshop is encouraged, but is not required. This second workshop will look at the utilization of data to improve your organization, define the value and impact of services and best practices for cross-system collaboration and data-sharing.
