This webinar will explain positive resourcing and its roots in EMDR therapy, and it will demonstrate how to use this skill in your practice with participants. Importantly, how positive resourcing can help clients more effectively process trauma, including ongoing, chronic trauma that participants might be experiencing during the current pandemic, will be discussed. Applications to preventing clinical burn-out will also be addressed.
